LASH APPOINTMENT RULES🚨

No Guests or Children:
No additional guests or children are permitted during appointments. Please arrive alone.

Late Arrivals:
There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Please contact me as soon as possible if you know you will be running late.

No-Call/No-Show:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact me, your appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show. Please be respectful of the time reserved for your appointment.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please reschedule at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same-day rescheduling may not always be accommodated.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide notice as soon as possible. There is no deposit or booking fee required.

Lash Preparation:
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, strip lashes, lash extensions, oils, or heavy products around the eye area. Proper preparation helps ensure the best application and retention.

Health & Safety:
Please inform me before your appointment if you have any eye irritation, redness, swelling, infection, recent eye surgery, or known allergies/sensitivities that may affect your service. I reserve the right to decline or postpone a service when necessary for safety.

Refund Policy:
If you are unhappy with your lash service and would like to request a refund, please contact me as soon as possible. The lashes must be removed before a refund can be issued. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Aftercare & Retention:
Proper aftercare is important for maintaining your lashes. Lash retention may vary depending on your natural lashes, skincare, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be provided when booking.
